Are all oranges the same? We think not! (Wait, this isn't an orange!)
Understanding the causes behind people's challenging behaviour can help us to gain a real insight into the causes of many of the issues we are helping people to deal with.
Having just come out of a one day training session with UK Youth's Julie. I am brimming with new knowledge and a variety of tools to tackle challenging behaviour. (Free sweets and oranges were awesome too!)
Everybody got stuck into their roles and really threw themselves into the training and a great day was had by all.
Right, off home with a tray of glorious choc chip muffins now! (MUwahahahaha!
